At the end of the 1970s, a large fertiliser company in Mainz-Budenheim, Germany was faced with this problem.

Bridging and grating buildups in bunkers and silos cause production errors and affect a company’s economic efficiency.

MODUFLEX LOADING BELLOWS

Loading bellows are used for outloading bulk s consist essentially materials into tanker lorries, containers and ships with a minimum of environmental pollution.

With the Moduflex loading bellows an extensive range of products is available.

Moduflex loading bellow of the inlet with a motor, the module section with the bulk material guide cones and the outer chute modules as well as the outlet. The outlet is extended by hand or mechanically through the three exterior winch drums to the outloading place, where a closed system is realized between the outlet of the silo and the vehicle, which is to be loaded. During the outloading process the bulk material falls down through the guide cones. The dusty air between the guide cones and the outer chute modules is exhausted through a suction coupling.
